JP Morgan Private Capital Hires Heymann Away from Index Ventures

JP Morgan Asset Management’s venture and growth equity investment unit, JP Morgan Private Capital, has appointed Paris Heymann as new co-managing partner, the company said in an October 15 press release.

Heymann joins from Index Ventures, where he served as a partner and helped establish the firm’s New York office, focusing on software, data, and AI companies. JP Morgan is hoping to leverage Heymann’s “expertise in late-stage private and crossover investing” to broaden its technology investing practice.
