We give back where
we live and work.

Dakota Gives is our community outreach program, and one of the most cherished parts of who we are as a company. With 90+ team members across two offices, we partner with local, micro-scale charities where our time, talent, and support can make a real and visible difference in the lives of our neighbors.

We target micro charities specifically. These are the organizations where a team of 15 Dakota volunteers packing backpacks on a Saturday morning represents a genuine fraction of their annual volunteer capacity. Where our marketing team producing a two-minute video for them is the most professional media they've ever had. Where it matters.

Dakota Gives isn't a check in the mail. It's our team showing up in person, with energy and purpose, to do the actual work our partners need done most.

Hands-On
Packing Backpacks and Supply Drives

Our team gathers to pack backpacks with school supplies, assemble donation boxes, and support distribution efforts for organizations fighting childhood poverty and food insecurity across Greater Philadelphia.

Youth Programs
Coaching and Youth Sports Programs

Team members volunteer time teaching kids lacrosse, squash, and other sports after school, giving underserved youth access to mentorship, physical activity, and the life skills that come from being part of a team.

Our Office
Career Days and Office Hosting

We open our third-floor office space to host career exploration days for young people from our partner organizations, giving them a real look at professional environments, career paths, and what's possible.

Dakota Studio
Video and Digital Media Production

Dakota Studio produces professional-quality video content for our charity partners, giving micro organizations access to storytelling tools that help them reach wider audiences and attract new donors and volunteers.

Food Programs
Food Rescue and Distribution

Partnering with food-rescue organizations like Sharing Excess and Share Food Program, our team participates in food sorting, packing, and distribution events that put meals directly into the hands of neighbors in need.

Amplification
Community Partner Interviews

We produce and publish video interviews with our charity partners, amplifying their work, their mission, and their community impact across Dakota's network of clients, colleagues, and industry connections.

Beyond the Donation

We bring the
full Dakota team.

Dakota Gives is not just a financial commitment. Our goal is to offer additional support through digital marketing and video so our partners can reach an even wider audience, amplifying their mission long after we leave.
