Houston-based middle-market private equity firm The Sterling Group announced that it has promoted John Griffin and Claudine Lussier to partner.
Griffin has been with Sterling since 2018, serving on a number of investment teams as well as the firm’s operations committee. He joined the firm from McKinsey & Company, where he focused on strategic and operational initiatives for industrial and energy companies.
Lussier joined Sterling in 2017 to lead human capital at the firm and its portfolio companies. Prior to Sterling she served in human resources roles at Jacobs Engineering and Emerson Process Management.
