NYC Fire Pension Commits $204M to Private Equity in the Second Half of 2023

The New York City Fire Department Pension Fund made eight allocations totaling $204 million to private equity in the second half of 2023, according to materials from the March 18th Investment meeting. 

$3.5 million was allocated to Amulet Capital Fund III, $3 million to Lee Equity Partners Fund IV, $1.6 million to LEP Fund IV Co-Invest, $30 million to  Resolute Fund VI, $10 million to TRF VI Co-Investment SMA II, $63.3 million to NYC-NorthBound Emerging Managers Program II, $42.3 million was committed to CVC Capital Partners IX, $50 million was committed to  Amulet Capital Fund III. 

As of September 30, 2023, the $18.5 billion pension fund allocates approximately 9.23% to private equity.
