Iron Path Names New Head of Biz Dev

Healthcare and specialty industrials private equity firm Iron Path Capital said it has appointed Ian Thomas as a new managing director and head of business development.

Thomas will lead origination and business development for the Nashville, TN-based firm and its portfolio companies. Before joining Iron Path, he founded Aliri Capital, a lower middle-market firm that invests in family-owned services businesses, and has also held leadership roles at Sole Source Capital and Harris Williams.
