Aperture Investors on January 8 announced the appointment of Vladimir Lemin to lead its global structured credit strategy.
Prior to the appointment, Lemin was managing director at One William Street Capital Management. He started his career in finance as a vice president at Lehman Brothers, where he specialized in structuring and trading residential mortgage-backed securities.
Through its structured credit strategy, Aperture offers fixed-income investors the opportunity to gain exposure in the housing and commercial real estate sectors of the US, as well as to underserved consumer borrower markets and emerging sectors. The alternative investment manager said Lemin's appointment will fortify its coverage and position in the credit market.
