World Investments Acquires $190M Metro NYC RIA

World Investments, a financial advisory firm based in Santa Barbara, CA, announced that it has acquired Freeman & Vannauker, a Freehold, NJ-based RIA and now-former Osaic network member with $190M in assets under management.

The deal marks a reunion for FV, which at one time affiliated with TFS Securities, the name under which World Investment Advisors operated before its June 2024 rebranding. Since that time, FV has expanded its offerings to include investment, retirement, and education plans, alongside insurance and risk management solutions.

The acquisition helps World Investment bolster its operations in the New York City metro market, and FV is the firm’s 11th acquisition since 2023. As of its November 17, 2024, Form ADV filing, World Investment Advisors reported $37B in regulatory assets under management.
