University of Kentucky Invests $15M to Private Equity

The University of Kentucky Endowment approved a commitment of $15 million to Pelican Energy Partners Base Zero, according to minutes from the February 22nd Investment Committee meeting.

The University of Kentucky Endowment targets 24% of their portfolio to private equity.

As of December 31, 2023, the Endowment Pool was valued at approximately $2.2 billion.
