The University of Alabama System Endowment reviewed their private equity commitment pacing plan for 2024 with investment consultant Nolan Bean of Fund Evaluation Group.
To reach their target allocation goal of 28%, they will have to make approximately $120 million to $140 million in annual commitments over the next 5 years.
$20 million was approved to each of Sterling Group Partners VI and Northland Capital Partners III at the meeting.
As of January 1, 2024, the endowment was valued at $6.1 billion.
