Thurston Springer to Acquire FL-Based PEAK Reps

Indianapolis-based hybrid RIA and broker/dealer Thurston Springer has entered into a definitive agreement acquiring financial services firm PEAK Reps LLC of Jupiter, FL, according to a recently published press release. 

PEAK Reps will integrate into Thurston Springer with its subsidiaries, which include its independent broker-dealer PEAK Brokerage Services, its RIA Blackridge Asset Management, and its insurance support unit Top Advisors Group. PEAK Reps has approximately 120 financial advisors. 

Thurston Springer’s advisory unit oversees nearly $4B in assets under management, per its September 30 Form ADV filing.
