Texas Muni Retirement Appoints New CIO

The Texas Municipal Retirement System has named Yup Kim as the System's new CIO, effective January 15, 2024.

Yup Kim will be replacing Dave Hunter, who will retire in January. 

Kim is coming from CalPERS, where he was an Investment Director and Head of Investments for Private Equity.
