Summit Trail Enlists New Compliance Chief from Rockefeller

Summit Trail Advisors has added to its executive team with the addition of Joseph Erigo, most recently of Rockefeller Capital Management, according to an October 10 Form ADV filing by the New York-based RIA.

Erigo takes on the role of chief compliance officer for Summit Trail, moving from the same position at Rockefeller. Prior to Rockefeller, Erigo was global head of compliance and financial crimes testing for Morgan Stanley, coming from a 13-year tenure at Credit Suisse where he led supervision and controls in the North American private banking division, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Erigo’s career spans over two decades concentrated in compliance roles, beginning as senior compliance officer at UBS in 2000.
