Real estate buyout firm Roial Group said it is looking to capitalize on investment opportunities in the metro housing markets of Denver with the launch of a $150M private equity fund.
The real estate private equity fund intends in 2025 to invest the fund's capital for the development of sites in underserved neighborhoods across the city. Roial also said Benjamin Dinkins, who also serves as executive director of Tanto Capital Partners, has joined as CIO. Retired NBA player Darius Miller has also joined the venture as executive vice president.
