Raven Capital Raises $150M From Three Single-investor Funds

Raven Capital Management declared in three separate December 12 filings that it secured capital commitments totaling $150M via three separate single-investor vehicles.

The funds — Percussion Holdings, Brass Holdings and Strings Holdings — each raised $50M and each had one undisclosed investor, according to the SEC filings. Sales for all three funds were completed on October 25.

Raven Capital is an asset-based alternative investment manager in the credit, private equity, real estate and related growth equity spaces and has raised over $3B for its credit and equity investment strategies since its inception in 2008.
