PA PSERS Names Benjamin L. Cotton as CIO

Benjamin L.Cotton was named the new Chief Investment Officer for the Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System.

Cotton will replace Bob Devine, the Acting CIO who took over temporarily in 2022.

Cotton’s role as CIO will be effective January 17, 2023.
