Northern Trust Asset Management announced the addition of Jan Rohof as its new director of quantitative solutions in the Asia-Pacific region, the latest in a number of appointments the company has made to its quantitative investment solutions business in the past two years.
Rohof will focus on strategies for new and existing clients, in line with the firm’s strategy of supporting regional investors with quantitative expertise to broaden its global team. His appointment follows the 2023 addition of Guido Baltussen to head up the firm’s international quantitative strategies business and the appointments of Milan Vidojevic and Bart van Vliet in January 2024.
Before joining NTAM, Rohof worked at Robeco for 10 years as a client portfolio manager and investment specialist, based out of Sydney. In his new role with Northern Trust, he will be based out of Melbourne.
