Miller/Howard High Income Equity Fund completed its planned liquidation following the close of business on November 22, in line with the investment objectives and organizational documents of the fund.
The fund was managed by Miller/Howard Investments and at the time of liquidation had a net asset value per share of $12.63. According to Dakota Marketplace data, some of the fund's largest investors include Raymond James, UBS and LPL.
