Stonehenge Capital Completes Fundraise for 21st Tax Equity Fund

Stonehenge Capital announced on January 31 the closing of its new renewable energy tax equity fund, marking its 21st tax equity fund and its first multi-project and multi-investor investment tax credit fund. The amount raised was not specified but they placed it in the nine figure range.

Amid the latest fund close, Stonehenge said it is already looking to launch a 2026 vintage multi-investor tax equity fund in the second quarter of 2025.

In addition to renewable energy tax equity funds, Stonehenge offers transferable renewable energy tax credits, federal historic tax equity funds and state tax credit opportunities. Projects financed using the firm's tax equity funds include the Bayou Galion solar project in Morehouse Parish, LA, and the Prairie Creek project in Morgan County, IL.
