Mercer Capital Acquires Private Business Valuation Firm

Mercer Capital has added Winter Park, FL-based Business Valuation Analysts (BVA) to its independent business valuation and transaction advisory platform.

The BVA team, led by Managing Director Timothy K. Bronza, specializes in valuations prepared for federal estate, gift, income tax, and corporate transactional purposes, serviced to privately-held businesses. Bronza is joined by senior analysts Elitsa L. Healy and Heather K. Warner in the group’s move to Mercer.

Mercer said the new acquisition will “strengthen its federal tax services practice” in the Florida market, with BVA having completed “tens of thousands” of valuations over the course of its 42 years in the industry.
