Meketa Recruits Private Markets Wealth Solutions Leaders from Primark, NEPC

Meketa said it has hired two Denver-based private wealth veterans to further its efforts in developing private market investment solutions for the wealth management market.

Chris Rosato joins Meketa Capital as head of strategic investment development, and Christian McCormick joins Meketa as head of client portfolio management. Rosato most recently served as COO of Primark Capital and before that was head of global product business development at Allspring Global Investments, which followed a stint of over six years at Wells Fargo Asset Management, where his last role was head of global product development.

McCormick, meanwhile, returns to Meketa after serving as a senior consultant at NEPC. Between his first stint at Meketa and most recent posting with NEPC, he was with INTECH Investment Management for over nine years, followed by roles at Allianz Global Investors and Voya Investment Management.

Rosato and McCormick bring over 40 years of combined experience in partner engagement, capital analysis, and investment management to Meketa, which advised on approximately $2T in client assets as of September 30, 2024.
