JP Morgan Asset Management has so far raised $295.2M for its 12th buyout fund, PEG Global Private Equity XII, since kicking off sales of the fund late last month.
The fund secured commitments from 37 investors since its sale commenced on December 20, 2024, according to a January 6, 2025, filing with the SEC. The minimum investment amount was set at $250K. J.P. Morgan Securities, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s securities arm, is marketing the fund across the US.
For the 11th fund in the series, PEG Global Private Equity XI, the asset manager raised $436.7M from 110 investors, according to an amended SEC filing on January 4, 2024. In addition to global private equity, JP Morgan Asset Management’s private equity group offers solutions in buyouts, venture capital, direct co-investments, emerging managers, and secondary investments.
Across all its equity funds, JP Morgan Asset Management had $774B of AUM as of June 30, 2023, according to its website.
