Pathway to Offer RIAs Access to Funds through Proteus Platform

Alternative investment platform Proteus announced it has partnered with Pathway Capital Management to provide RIAs and their high-net-worth clients with access to certain Pathway-advised funds, as well as allocations in Pathway sourced secondary and co-investment deals.

In a statement, Proteus CEO James Brown said that the partnership stems from the firms’ shared commitment to aiding advisors in providing their clients with institutional-grade investment solutions. Pathway partner Jim Chambliss said making their offerings available to RIAs through Proteus platform will make it easier for RIAs to both identify and access opportunities but also secure allocations across multiple clients.

Los Angeles-based Pathway manages $90B in assets from private equity, private credit, and infrastructure mandates, creating single- and multi-investor programs for institutional and wealth investors through primary, secondary, and co-investments. In December, it disclosed raising $100M for its third strategic credit fund.
