Illinois State Board Names New CIO

According to a recent press release from February 1, the Illinois State Board of Investment has appointed Dipesh Mehta as their Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer.

Mehta has been with ISBI since 2018 as the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer.

In 2019, Mehta was promoted to Deputy Executive Director.

As of September 30, 2023, the Fund has a combined $29 billion in assets under management.
