Idaho Trust announced that it has entered an agreement where it will acquire the Bank of Idaho’s trust and wealth management division servicing approximately $284M in client assets.
The acquisition will bring Idaho Trust’s total assets under administration and advisement to $1.13B at deal close, expected for sometime in the first quarter, and will expand its footprint in the eastern part of the state. Idaho Trust said it currently operates two locations in Boise and Coeur d'Alene, ID, and a trust office in Las Vegas.
MJC Partners served as financial advisor and Otteson Shapiro LLP as legal advisor to Bank of Idaho, while Hawley Troxell served as legal advisor to Idaho Trust on the transaction.
