New York-based wealth manager Cerity Partners is merging with Janiczek Wealth Management, a Denver-based advisory focused on ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families.
In an October 3 press release announcing the deal, Cerity said the combined firm will operate under the Cerity Partners name and boast total AUM of approximately $100B when Janiczek’s $1.4B in managed assets are included.
Janiczek Wealth, led by its founder and CEO Joseph Janiczek, will integrate its teams in portfolio management, wealth optimization, and operations, and further enhance Cerity services to HNW and UHNW clientele, especially in the Colorado area. The team will operate out of Belleview Avenue, Cerity’s third Denver office after its earlier merger with Agility, as reported by Dakota in April.
