Access Pool Appoints Aviva Investors to Property Mandate

Access Pool has selected Aviva Investors to manage a £250 million (~$318 million) long-lease property mandate, according to a June 3rd news release.

The mandate will be managed by Aviva Investors on behalf of the Lime Property Fund which targets cross-sector property investments around the U.K.

As of December 31, 2023, ACCESS’ pooled assets were valued at approximately £40 billion.
