$11.7B RIA Snowden Lane Redeems Estancia Capital Partners Stake

Snowden Lane Partners announced that it has redeemed a “significant portion” of the ownership stake of private equity sponsor Estancia Capital Partners.

The transaction resulted in shareholders, including Snowden Lane advisors and employees, owning approximately two-thirds of the firm. Snowden Lane also offered a partial liquidity event to vested advisor-owners, allowing them to sell up to 40% of their equity holdings. Snowden Lane in turn said it has expanded an existing senior loan facility which, in combination with cash on hand, will be used to continue recruiting and support future acquisitions. 

After adding offices in Boca Raton, FL, Golden, CO, and Philadelphia in 2024, Snowden Lane said it now comprises 82 advisors working across 16 offices in 10 states and manages approximately $11.7B in client assets.
