The Wyoming State Loan and Investment Board has brought on IDR Investment Management as a private real estate manager, according to recently published materials related to its October 28 board meeting.
With the move, the pension’s board also approved a motion to invest in IDR Core Property Index Fund, though the size of the investment and other material terms were not disclosed. The pension most recently made three commitments across private equity, private credit, and international equity funds totaling $650M, as reported by Dakota on October 28.
The Wyoming pension holds approximately $24B in plan assets, according to Dakota data.
