Wells Fargo Nabs $1.6B Metro LA Broadleaf Wealth Team from UBS

Wells Fargo has recruited Broadleaf Wealth Management Group of Century City, CA, from UBS, where they reportedly managed $1.6B in client assets and generated $11M in annual revenue.

Broadleaf Wealth Management is led by father-and-son Edward and David Tannenbaum, along with managing directors David Justman and Robert Zeiger. As a multigenerational firm, Broadleaf Wealth offers wealth transfer and tax strategies advisory, liquidity and hedging strategies, and corporate executive planning services. The firm was affiliated with JPMorgan before joining UBS. The team also includes support staff Samuel Callari, Rose Faranal, Vidal Torres, and Mike Tavitian, according to its previous UBS profile. 

The team will report to branch manager Kevin Smith and Los Angeles market leader Paul Yannuki, according to Advisor Hub. Broadleaf Wealth Management is the first recruitment for Wells this year, following the additions of $354M Paramus, NJ-based Axis Wealth Management and $270M BDC Wealth Management in December.
