Wells Fargo Advisors has recruited a team from UBS, which generated over $2.3 million in trailing 12-month revenue. The team, consisting of advisors Dave Moran and Madison Perkins, along with Client Performance Analyst Amy Patterson, joined Wells Fargo in Atlanta on July 26. They managed more than $381 million in client assets at UBS and worked with about 30 high-net-worth families across the country.
The team has nearly 75 years of combined experience, with 33 years at UBS operating as MPS Partners. Dave Moran began his career in 1999 at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, then moved to AllianceBernstein through Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. in 2001, and joined UBS in 2011. Madison Perkins entered the industry in 1999 with short stints at J.C. Bradford & Co. and PaineWebber, later joining Goldman Sachs in 2000 before moving to UBS in 2008. Amy Patterson first registered in 1997 at Dean Witter Reynolds and was registered with several firms before joining UBS in 2019. The team is expected to bring their extensive experience and expertise to Wells Fargo Advisors, enhancing its wealth management capabilities. Their move reflects a broader trend of advisor transitions within the financial industry.
