Waverly Acquires Zionsville (IN) RIA CenterPoint

Waverly Advisors has increased its total AUM to $13.2B with its September 27 acquisition of Zionsville, IN-based RIA CenterPoint Wealth Management, the firm announced in an October 1 press release. 

The six-person CenterPoint team, led by its founder and President Brian Brunner, is joined by Portfolio Manager Patrick J. Hoehne, Wealth Advisor Eric Geary, Tax Manager Lisa M. Yost, and two support staff. The group will operate as Waverly’s third office in Indiana.

Waverly said CenterPoint represents its 16th transaction since accepting an equity investment from middle-market private equity firm HGGC in December 2021. The RIA has over 180 team members operating in 22 offices across nine states, per its website.
