Tundra Ventures disclosed capturing $4.1M in capital commitments so far for its inaugural venture capital fund, according to a filing with the SEC.
Tundra Ventures Fund I will focus on supporting US-based pre-seed founders of tech or tech-enabled businesses in the “wealth, health, and resilience” verticals – excluding Class II and III medical devices – with valuations under $6M.
The Minneapolis-based venture firm currently holds a portfolio of 11 founders with services ranging from early-stage cancer detection to tree-free paper products.
