The Tacoma Employees’ Retirement System has approved a follow-on investment of up to $60M in Pantheon Global Infrastructure Fund V, per recently published minutes from the pension’s October 10 board meeting.
The amount is an increase from the pension’s $50M commitment in 2021 to predecessor Fund IV, which showed “strong performance.” Tacoma has also previously invested in Pantheon’s BCM series in 2019 and 2020.
According to Dakota data, the Washington-based pension oversees $2.5B in total plan assets.
