StanCERA Targeting $30M to Real Estate in 2024

Stanislaus County Employees Retirement Association has approved a motion to commit $30 million to their 2024 Real Estate Commitment Plan. 

The $30 million will be focused on value-add real estate strategies.

NEPC assisted with the review.

As of March 31, 2024, StanCERA has a market value of $2.8 billion, allocating 6.9% to core real estate with a target of 6.5%.
