Roemer Capital Invests in Tigress Financial Partners

Cyprus-based Roemer Capital announced an investment in New York-based disabled and woman-owned investment firm Tigress Financial Partners.

Tigress provides broker-dealer services and wealth and asset management for high-net-worth clients. As part of the deal, Roemer's nonexecutive Chairman Roman Lokhov will become a Tigress director.

Roemar said the strategic investment will give its clients access to the American capital markets and exchanges in the US. It said the US market is a key focus in its global expansion.
