Report: Wells Fargo Recruits Northern NJ Market Leader from Morgan Stanley

Wells Fargo Advisors has reportedly lured a seasoned advisor with prior experience at UBS, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley, to lead its northern New Jersey efforts, according to an October 10 report by AdvisorHub.

Jeffrey Tucker is expected to join Wells Fargo as managing director of its northern New Jersey market after a gardening leave, transitioning from Morgan Stanley where he worked in a similar role, AdvisorHub reported, citing an anonymous source. He previously served as New York Metro division executive for Merrill Lynch and as financial advisor for UBS and brings over 25 years of experience in the industry.

Per AdvisorHub, Tucker will be replacing Frank Chou, who is taking another post at Wells.
