RayJay Lands $180M North Dakota Team from LPL

Raymond James said that a Fargo, ND-based financial advisory team from LPL that managed $180M in client assets has joined Raymond James Financial Services, the firm’s independent advisor channel.

The team, consisting of Jim Dunkel and his daughter-in-law Sarah Dunkel, will operate as Midwest Wealth, providing specialized financial planning services to farmers, business owners, families, and retirees. 

Jim has been active in the financial industry since 1994 working for firms such as Investment Centers of America, American Express, and IDS Life Insurance. He had been with LPL for seven years. Sarah followed in the footsteps of her father-in-law, starting as a financial advisor in 2022.
