Private Advisor Group Makes Growth-focused Hires

Private Advisor Group announced that it has recruited Dave Carratt as director of advisor growth and David Bogdanov as its business development consultant to support its national network of financial advisors.

Verne Marble, head of business development, said in a statement that the addition of Carratt and Bogdanov will improve the firm’s guidance and support for its financial advisors.

Carratt has three decades of industry experience. He previously held consultancy roles at Osaic and KMS Financial. He has also worked at firms such as MassMutual Financial and MetLife.

Bogdanov previously worked in recruitment for SCF Securities. He was responsible for working with top-tier financial professionals in the independent RIA and broker-dealer space. In addition to Carratt and Bogdanov, the firm said it has also added new leaders to its finance, compliance, and service teams.
