The Town of Plymouth Retirement System is increasing its target commitment to private equity for this year, as revealed in its recently published November 22, 2024, board meeting minutes.
Plymouth unanimously approved the recommendation forwarded by general consultant Fiducient Advisors to increase its private equity allocation to $5.5M for 2025, from $5M in 2024. Fiducient said it will work on implementing the new target for the current year.
Per the latest data from Dakota Marketplace, the Massachusetts-based pension manages total plan assets valued at approximately $258M.
