Perigon Recruits New Compliance, Organic Growth Heads from LPL, Cresset

Perigon said that it has recruited former LPL executive Jonathan Robbins as its new chief compliance officer and former Cresset director Michale Mignosi as organic growth director.

Robbins has two decades of industry experience, most recently as senior vice president at LPL. He also served as an executive director at Morgan Stanley. In his new role, he will be working directly with Perigon CEO Arthur Ambarik.

Mignosi’s is a newly-created position, where he will focus on supporting and identifying organic growth opportunities for advisors within the firm. He will be working under Maria Daley, the firm's head of advisor success and integration. Prior to joining Perigon, he was the marketing director at Cresset. He also held executive marketing roles at firms such as AvantStay and The Moinian Group.
