Oxford Retirement Acquires PFS Capital Management

Madison Avenue Securities unit Oxford Retirement Advisors announced it has purchased wealth manager PFS Capital Management, which operates out of offices in New Jersey and Florida.

Atlanta-based retirement planning and asset management-focused financial advisory Oxford said the acquisition improves its offering of income and estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management. Led by Timothy Pashley, who began his career in 1988, PFS Capital had been affiliated with Osaic since 2018 and before that with Summit Financial Networks within Cetera Financial Group.

Following the transaction, PFS now operates under the Oxford Retirement Advisors name. Oxford parent Madison Avenue Securities manages $1.8B in AUM as of its October 17, 2024, Form ADV filing.
