FUNDRAISING NEWS | November 15, 2024
Fund administrator and private client services provider Ocorian has linked up with German boutique tax consultancy firm Bartsch, in a partnership meant to bolster Ocorian’s market reach in Germany and Europe at large.
The collaboration intends to “combine the strengths” of both firms, and “enhances the scalability and breadth of Ocorian’s services” especially in the region, Remy Cornet, head of corporate services at Ocorian Luxembourg, said in a news release announcing the move.
Bartsch Managing Director Oliver Klein said the partnership would allow the German tax and accounting firm to “make the most of [its] local expertise and connections with large firms to deliver tailored solutions” to a primarily European client base, which would now also include Ocorian’s real estate, infrastructure, private equity, and corporate clients.
The move further adds to Ocorian’s footprint in Germany after its acquisition in October 2022 of Nordic Trustee, a loan agency and bond trustee services provider covering the Northern European region.
