Mercer Global Buys $110M RIA Frango Financial

Mercer Global Advisors has acquired a two-person RIA servicing approximately $110M in assets for clients primarily in Washington, DC, northern Virginia, and suburban Maryland.

Frango Financial LLC consists of founder and President Frances Goldman and advisor Pamela Khinda, who bring a combined 80 years of financial services experience. Goldman began her career in 1980 as a presidential management fellow for the US Office of Management and Budget before serving as senior financial analyst for the New Zealand Treasury in 1988. She worked in a series of nonprofit organizations before founding Frango Financial in 2011.

Khinda joined the firm in 2015, having served as senior manager at Fannie Mae for 13 years, and prior to that, as a system analyst for Morgan Stanley.

Frango Financial is Mercer’s most recent acquisition after it added $1.7B in AUM from its dual acquisitions of Minneapolis-based Waypoint Capital Advisors and Fort Collins, CO-based Chapel & Collins, as reported by Dakota on November 11.
