Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Terminates Real Estate Manager

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Retirement Fund has approved the termination and full redemption of BentallGreenOak Multi-Employer Property Trust.

According to meeting minutes, the termination was approved at the September 16th board meeting.

As of December 31, 2021, BentallGreenOak managed nearly $45 million for the pension fund.
