LPL Lands $685M Wichita (KS) Group from Merrill Lynch

LPL Financial said a Wichita, KS-based team from Merrill Lynch have established Air Capital Wealth Management, a new independent practice operating under the LPL banner, according to an October 9 press release. 

Michael Caffrey, Derek Keller, and Gabriel Parham established Air Capital and are accompanied by support staff Leon Rafou and Elizabeth Barrett. The three advisors serviced approximately $685M in combined client assets while with Merrill.

LPL said Air Capital was launched through affiliate LPL Strategic Wealth Services, a supported independence solution for affiliated advisors.
