Louisiana Firefighters Plans January Interviews in $125M Global Equity Search

The Firefighters’ Retirement System of Louisiana is set to interview finalist candidates early next year as it moves forward with its $125M global equity manager search.

The pension said its RFP, which was due October 17, received responses from 68 participants, and will be narrowed down to six to eight candidates to be interviewed at its January 2025 meeting. Louisiana FRS is expected to select a single manager to complement an existing global manager in its portfolio, as reported by Dakota on September 20 when the RFP was first issued.

NEPC is assisting in the manager search and selection process.
