Law Firm Katten Adds Partner to Private Credit Practice

Katten announced that Maximillian Pucci-Sisti Maisonrouge joins the firm’s private credit practice as partner.

Maisonrouge has 14 years of legal experience, offering counsel on unitranche, first and second lien credit facilities, investment-grade, middle-market, and large-cap financing, cross-border and domestic acquisition financing, and debt restructuring transactions.

Prior to becoming a partner at Katten, Maisonrouge served as counsel for banking and finance at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP.
