FUNDRAISING NEWS | December 09, 2024
The Louisiana State Employees Retirement System (LASERS) made a $100M investment in the 14th generation of KKR’s North America buyout fund series.
In the pension’s November 14 meeting minutes, the allocation was approved in a motion after a presentation on the fund, with NEPC assisting in the discussions. The commitment is a follow-on from LASERS’ $110M investment in predecessor Fund XIII in 2021. LASERS has also previously committed to KKR’s Asian Fund III and IV with $65.4M and $18.4M, respectively.
To date, LASERS oversees $15.6B in total AUM, according to the latest data from Dakota Marketplace.
