FUNDRAISING NEWS | December 12, 2024
JP Morgan Asset Management is linking up with alternative investments platform CAIS in a partnership that will provide advisors expanded access to the wirehouse’s alts strategies.
CAIS said an evergreen private equity fund focused on secondaries and co-investments is now available on its platform, and expects to include more JP Morgan strategies in the future. The new collaboration also marks an “expanded partnership” between the two firms, as JP Morgan’s investment banking division serves as the CAIS platform’s structured notes issuer.
CAIS has continued to expand its fund offerings, to date partnering with nearly 20 managers, including BlackRock, Blackstone, FS Investments, Golub Capital, Hines, Kayne Anderson, Stonepeak, and T. Rowe Price/Oak Hill Advisors to make their strategies available to advisors through its platform. It also recently added additional strategies from existing partners Apollo, Ares Management, Bain Capital, Blue Owl, Davidson Kempner Capital Management, Franklin Templeton, KKR, Nuveen, Partners Group, Reverence Capital Partners, and Vista Equity Partners.
