The City of Holyoke Retirement Board is inviting finalists for two of its manager searches and has separately issued an RFP for liquid US large cap value funds with a $20M mandate.
The pension disclosed in its recently released October 30, 2024, meeting minutes that it approved invitations to TerraCap Management and Long Wharf Capital as candidates to its value-add real estate search, as well as Putnam Investment Management, PPM America, and Loomis, Sayles, & Co. for its liquid core fixed income search.
Additionally, Holyoke opened a search for US large cap value managers, exclusively looking for commingled funds, limited partnerships, or mutual funds. The pension said it may award a contract to more than one finalist and will accept proposals until February 14 at 3 pm, Eastern time. Mariner is assisting in the search.
