Holyoke Invites Finalists for RE, FI Searches, Launches $20M RFP for Large Cap

The City of Holyoke Retirement Board is inviting finalists for two of its manager searches and has separately issued an RFP for liquid US large cap value funds with a $20M mandate.

The pension disclosed in its recently released October 30, 2024, meeting minutes that it approved invitations to TerraCap Management and Long Wharf Capital as candidates to its value-add real estate search, as well as Putnam Investment Management, PPM America, and Loomis, Sayles, & Co. for its liquid core fixed income search. 

Additionally, Holyoke opened a search for US large cap value managers, exclusively looking for commingled funds, limited partnerships, or mutual funds. The pension said it may award a contract to more than one finalist and will accept proposals until February 14 at 3 pm, Eastern time. Mariner is assisting in the search.
